Raised on a cattle ranch in rural Montana by artist parents, Jesse has a degree in English Literature. Relocating to the PNW in 2001, Jesse spent over 20 years in the real estate industry starting several different businesses. Having spent 20 years helping individuals and families problem-solve for abundance, Jesse wanted to take on bigger challenges that would begin to sustain and change our communities — and The Lattice Project was born.
After 40 years of startup management, Jane brings a wealth of experience, wisdom, and genuine care to everything she does. Throughout her career she helped build and grow organizations from the ground up — navigating the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurial leadership. Equally devoted to her faith community, she has spent 35 years serving on church boards, offering steady guidance and a servant's heart. Now retired, she continues to invest her time and passion where it matters most — supporting and serving the communities she loves.
